Essential Oil Resources:
Printed Reference Guides
Essential Oil reference books
Below are my two favorite essential oil reference books. Both are well worth the investment. Each comes in a larger, more comprehensive desk version and a smaller, more portable ‘pocket’ or ‘quick’ version. If you are on a budget, start with the smaller guide and when you are ready, invest in the full-size reference book.

Essential Oils Desk Reference (EODR)
The EODR is considered by many to be their #1 go-to guide.
This book explains all you need to know about the oils: what, when, why, and how to use them. It is available in a hard cover binder, an online version, and a pocket guide.

Quick Reference Guide for Using Essential Oils, by Connie and Alan Higley
I like the Higley Quick Reference Guide because it has some different topics in it than the EODR does. I recommend purchasing the small version of this guide and the large version of the EODR.
The EODR is considered by many to be their #1 go-to guide.
